Why I Created This Planner

This planner actually started as something just for me.

No big business idea. No strategy behind it. Just me trying to figure out why I felt so all over the place all the time.

I’d have weeks where I felt amazing — motivated, clear, on top of everything. And then weeks where I felt slower, more emotional, easily overwhelmed.

And I used to hate those weeks.

I’d try to push through, do more, “snap out of it”…but it always made things worse.

So I started paying attention.

Not in a perfect, aesthetic, “I’ve got my life together” kind of way…just in a real way.

I started tracking my mood. My energy. What I actually felt like doing — not what I should be doing.

And slowly, patterns started showing up.

I realised there were times in my cycle where I was naturally better at certain things…

Times where I felt more confident, more focused, more social. And times where I needed quiet, space, and a slower pace.

But instead of working with that…I’d been trying to show up the same way every single day.

No wonder I felt like I was failing.

And at the same time… I was trying to build something for myself.

Trying to work for myself, create my own income, build a brand —while still being a mum, managing the house, doing all the normal life stuff.

And this is where it really hit me.

Because I wasn’t just trying to “stay on top of things”…I was trying to build something that actually mattered to me.

But I kept doing what everyone tells you to do.

Plan your week. Stay consistent. Show up every day. Push through even when you don’t feel like it.

And honestly… it just burnt me out.

I’d overload my days when I felt good .Say yes to everything. Plan a million things.

And then a few days later?

No energy. No motivation. Just trying to catch up with myself.

And that cycle kept repeating…over and over again.

Until I realised something that changed everything.

It wasn’t about doing more. It was about doing the right things at the right time.

So I started experimenting.

Planning content when I felt creative. Filming when I had the energy.  Resting when I needed to — without the guilt.

And instead of falling behind…I actually started moving forward.

More consistently than I ever had before.

And this is the part I never expected…

Rest stopped feeling like falling behind… and started feeling productive.

Because I could see the bigger picture. I wasn’t “doing nothing” — I was supporting the next phase.

And honestly… this didn’t just change how I planned my days.

It changed how I saw myself.

I stopped questioning why I couldn’t keep up. I stopped comparing myself to routines that were never designed for me. I stopped feeling like I was the problem.

Because I wasn’t.

I just hadn’t been working in a way that actually supported me.

And I’ve made all the mistakes along the way.

Overloading myself. Ignoring my body. Trying to keep up with systems that just don’t work for me.

But that’s exactly why this planner exists.

Because I’ve already done the trial and error…

So you don’t have to.

I couldn’t find anything that helped me plan like this. Everything felt rigid. Linear. Designed for constant output.

So I created something that wasn’t.

Something that works with your energy — not against it. Something that gives you structure, without pressure.  Something that actually reflects how we move as women.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re inconsistent…like you start strong but can’t keep it up…like you’re constantly trying to “get back on track”…

You’re not the problem.

You’ve just been using a system that doesn’t work for you.

This planner is the system I wish I had back then.

And if you’re anything like me…

It might just change everything for you too.
