Meet Leanne – Founder of HerRhythm

Hi, I’m Leanne. A mother of two, entrepreneur, and woman learning to live in tune with her body — not against it.

HerRhythm was born from my own journey of burnout, self-discovery, and a deep desire to find balance. Living in Rome and juggling motherhood, business, and life in a world that expects women to be “on” all the time, I spent years pushing through exhaustion, running on autopilot, and tuning out the signals my body was sending me.

​

Then everything shifted.

​

I started tracking my menstrual cycle — not just logging dates, but really paying attention. I noticed how my energy, motivation, emotions, and even my focus changed week to week. One day it hit me: What if everything is affected by my cycle?
So I began syncing my schedule, meals, and self-care around my phases.

​

And guess what? It worked.

​

For the first time in years, I felt aligned. In control. Connected.

​

But I also noticed how hard it was to find tools that supported this way of living. Most apps focused on fertility or symptom tracking — not actually helping you live with your cycle. So I created what I couldn’t find.

​

HerRhythm is a space for women to honour their bodies, plan with purpose, and find their rhythm without the pressure to do more, be more, or push through. It’s a gentle rebellion against burnout culture — and a reminder that your cycle is not a problem to solve, but a rhythm to respect.

Yes, yes, yes. In fact, cyclical living can be even more helpful when things feel unpredictable. These tools help you tune in to your own patterns — not force you into a fixed one.

While I’m not a doctor, I can say that understanding your body and supporting it through each phase can reduce stress, inflammation, and burnout — all of which can make a big difference to how you feel. And I’ve lived it.

What if I miss a phase or fall off track?

You’re human. This isn’t about perfection — it’s about connection. You can pick up anywhere, anytime. Your body doesn’t need you to be perfect. It just needs you to listen.

Do I need a ton of time for this?

Nope. This is designed to fit into your life, not take it over. Most tools take just a few minutes a day — and they actually help you save time and energy long term.
