Meet Leanne
Hi, I'm Leanne.
A mum of two, wellness enthusiast, founder of HerRhythm and, for a long time, a woman who genuinely believed she just wasn't disciplined enough.
For years, I couldn't understand why some weeks I felt motivated, productive and ready to take on the world, while other weeks I struggled to keep up with even the simplest tasks.
Every Monday I promised myself I'd get back on track.
I'd start a new routine, a new workout plan, a new to-do list.
And every month it felt like I was starting all over again.
I thought I was inconsistent.
I thought I lacked motivation.
I thought I just needed to try harder.
But the truth was, I wasn't failing.
I was trying to follow advice that wasn't designed for the way my body actually works.
Like many women, I had spent years living in a world built around the expectation of being the same every single day.
The same energy.
The same productivity.
The same motivation.
But women aren't designed that way.
Our hormones shift throughout the month, and with them, our energy, focus, mood, confidence and capacity.
When I discovered cyclical living, everything started to make sense.
Instead of forcing myself to perform at the same level every day, I began paying attention to my body's natural rhythms.
I learned when to push forward, when to plan, when to connect with others and when to rest.
The guilt started to disappear.
The constant cycle of starting over began to break.
And for the first time, I felt like I was working with my body instead of against it.
That's why I created HerRhythm.
Not because I have everything figured out.
Not because I'm perfect.
But because I know what it feels like to believe you're the problem when you're not.
HerRhythm is here to help women understand their cycle, plan by energy and create routines that feel supportive instead of exhausting.
Through the blog, the Starter Kit and the Plan By Energy™ Planner, my goal is simple:
To help women stop fighting their bodies and start trusting them.
Because you're not lazy.
You're not broken.
And you're definitely not meant to feel the same every day.
